The IST-Studieninstitut (IST) does not take on any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the provided information. Liability claims against the IST which refer to damages of material or ideational type, which were caused by the use or not use of the presented information or by the use of faulty and incomplete information are on principle excluded unless there is evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the IST. All offers are without engagement and subject to confirmation. The IST particularly reserves the right to change, complete or delete parts or the total offer of the websites or to stop the publication at times or definitely.

At direct or indirect links to strange websites (“links”) being outside the responsibility area of the IST a liability would only become effective in case the IST knows about the contents and in case it is technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent the use in case of illegal contents. For this reason the IST expressly declares that at the time of the insertion of the link there were no illegal contents recognizable on the pages to be interlinked. The IST has no influence on the present or future design and on the contents of the interlinked pages. For this reason they do expressly dissociates themselves from all contents of all linked pages which had been changed after the insertion of the link. This observation applies to all links inserted in the proper internet offer as well as for outside entries in visitor’s books, discussion fora, link lists and mailing lists .For illegal, faulty or incomplete contents and particularly for damages which result from the use or not use of information presented over links it is alone the offerer of the page to which it was referred to and not the one who only refers over links to the respective publication, who is liable.

The IST is anxious to observe in all publications the copyrights of the used graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts, to use audio files, video sequences and texts or to revert to license-free graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts. All brands and trademarks named within the internet offer and if necessary by third parties protected brands and trademarks are absolutely subject to the regulations of the respectively valid trademark legislation and therefore the possession rights of the respective registered owners. Alone due to the mere mentioning the conclusion must not be drawn that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties. The copyright for published, self-made objects of the IST remains alone at the IST. Duplication or usage of such graphics, audio files, video sequences and attests in other electronic or printed publications is in only permitted with the express consent of the IST.

The websites are property of the IST-Studieninstitut. The usage, duplication, further distribution, translation, microfilming, saving and processing in electronic systems for commercial purposes or other utilization is only permitted in the context of the prevailing legal regulations, particularly the copyright law.
