RTA team has a proven track record and reputation both internationally and locally for being flexible and objective as well as providing service excellence and a visionary approach to tourism in all of Spain. Whether our clients need to organize a successful business meeting, incentive trip, or any sports or leisure groups, you can be sure that RTA will always offer the best solutions in your chosen destination within Spain.
As we want to expand our amazing team, therefore we are looking for a new team player as ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER in Malaga (now and in fall), Ibiza, or Barcelona (in fall) office, for an internship with the duration of minimum 5/6 months starting now and/or in Fall.
Area of responsibility
- Creating offers according to the client's requirements
- Consulting clients via telephone and email to get the best experience during their events in Spain
- Maintaining an existing network of suppliers and establishing new business relationships with new partners and products related to leisure & business in Spain
- Support and increase the production of existing clients and acquisition of new accounts
Your Profile
- Studies in Tourism Management/Destination Management/Event Management or similar
- Knowledge of Spain as leisure destination
- A high degree of customer and service orientation, good communication skills, high flexibility, and team player
- Ability to work efficiently and with deadlines, well-structured, disciplined, and success orientated
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German. Basic knowledge of Italian or Spanish is welcome.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, essentially PowerPoint and Excel)
