We are now looking for a Sales Support Manager (m/w/d)

In this position you will report into the Area Sales Director of Central & Southern Europe and you will act as an integral member of our Sales Team. Our team with their winning edge and passion for driving revenue and growth, strive to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

What you'll be doing as our Sales Support Manager

  • Keep the gears turning smoothly in our sales department by helping deliver proactive strategies that boost total revenue – you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine of our success.
  • Be part of a team that’s all about creating wow moments – whether it’s for guests, colleagues, or a slightly panicked sales manager before a big pitch.
  • Take ownership of your tasks like a pro – reliable, structured, and always with a touch of flair.
  • Help us hit our targets by supporting the execution of our hotel-wide initiatives – if there’s a plan, you’re helping make it happen.
  • Keep an eye on the essentials: costs, inventory, productivity. You'll work closely with André to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Foster great relationships inside and outside the office – we’re big on teamwork, trust, and a bit of laughter along the way.
  • Lead the project management of major trade fairs like IMEX and ITB – yes, you’ll get to be part of the action where the industry meets.
  • Make sure we play by the rules – compliance, documentation, and audits will be part of your world too (but don’t worry, we’ve got your back).

Competencies & skills requirements

  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in sales beneficial but not essential
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
  • Analytical and out of the box thinker in the same time
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills
