The study
The dual Bachelor's degree program "Management in Healthcare" is designed for those seeking an optimal entry into the healthcare industry through a combination of on-the-job training and academic studies. Students work in the healthcare sector throughout their studies, for example, in healthcare or social service institutions, in healthcare-related businesses, or in the occupational health management department of a general business. They are integrated into daily operations from the very beginning. Comprehensive business administration knowledge prepares students for managing all types of healthcare facilities and leading teams. Other key topics covered in the program include quality and service management, e-health and digitalization, as well as hospital, nursing, and social care management. A wide range of elective modules allows students to focus on their individual interests. Options include, for example, "Clinic and Outpatient Management," "Management of Nursing Homes," "Occupational Health Management," and "Digitalization Management in Healthcare."
The theoretical framework of the program is provided by study materials specifically designed for self-study. In parallel, modern multimedia teaching methods, such as online lectures, online tutorials, and online exercises, are offered. Selected modules include in-person sessions that provide students with important practical knowledge and enable them to exchange ideas with industry experts and fellow students.

Responsibilities
- You provide first-class hospitality to customers at all times by greeting them, supporting them, and helping them with check-in.
- Answering inquiries in person, by phone and by email
- Work quickly and efficiently in the company's business management software to register customers, process payments, and keep database information up to date.
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental team members, including instructors, cleaners, and FuelBar staff, to ensure efficiency in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining cleanliness of the premises, and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
- Take the initiative and proactively handle complex customer requests, delivering tailored solutions to meet individual customer requirements.
- The ability to move dumbbells weighing 30 kilos or more
- Mix unique shakes and prepare the best coffee in Frankfurt.
