As Broadcaster Servicing Specialist you’ll support throughout the whole distribution process, intensify relationships to broadcaster partners, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Distribution
In this role, you’ll collect relevant information and prepare distribution presentations.
You’ll also be responsible for performing legal clearance checks, resolving related issues or conflicts and propose new programs if some are rejected. The creation of a program asset lists for licensing deals, assisting Distribution Managers with the creation of exhibits for contracts and managing customer specific documents and issues will be part of this role as well.
Moreover, you’ll receive and manage contracts, constantly update records of contract status in signature process, check contracts against legal checks, and make sure they are corresponding and update and maintain our internal sales tools.
Another important aspect of this role will be to ensure a smooth content delivery. This includes acting as point of contact for customers to find bespoke cost-efficient solutions for delivery of materials, delivering licensed materials, organizing the creation of requested delivery formats, taking care of creating and sending test-files for new customers, handling claims and complaints, updating our sales tracker and CRM system, monitoring delivery costs and checking compliance, and taking care of the dispatching.

Deepening the relationships to existing broadcast partners in cooperation with Distribution Managers is an essential part of this role.
You’ll exchange and collect information with the clear goal of scaling up content delivered to them, understand the needs of media companies, and strengthen our relationship to them across several levels.
