THE ROLE

We are looking for students or graduates seeking real work experience, an internship or an apprenticeship in one of our depots in Europe.

As an intern in International Operations, you will personally represent our brand and provide our guests with first-class customer service as they begin and end their unforgettable road trips. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Front office activities:

  • Customer service and sales: handling check-in and check-out, registering guests, processing payments, explaining campervan features, explaining terms and conditions, selling road trip extras.


Back-office activities:

  • Operations Management: Matching reservations with available campervans, checking and preparing camper and road trip extras and kits.

  • Quality control: Keeping the campers in perfect condition, identifying and responding to any maintenance or repair needs.

Support activities: Assisting the team in monitoring the existing inventory, coordinating the camper fleet, and resolving operational issues.

Applicant profile

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are a student or graduate in the fields of hospitality, tourism, international studies, business administration or a related field and are looking for an internship and can provide a learning agreement (mandatory);

  • You speak fluent English, have a work permit and a valid driver's license (mandatory);

  • You enjoy international environments and getting to know new cultures;

  • You have a natural talent for connecting with people and a strong customer focus;

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset, strive to create solutions, and feel comfortable contributing practically.

  • All internships are paid; the amount depends on the location, country, and region (accommodation is not included).
