This six-month internship offers a high-impact immersion into the heart of a dynamic hotel F&B operation. Balancing daily restaurant service with the complexities of high-level event management, the program is an accelerated leadership track designed to propel your career forward.
You won’t just be observing from the sidelines; you will be working directly alongside seasoned industry professionals, receiving one-on-one mentorship from experts who understand every aspect of the business. This program is structured to move you rapidly through the ranks—starting with foundational associate roles and culminating in the strategic responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager.
This is where your university theory meets real-world execution, providing the practical expertise and professional network needed to lead in a premium hospitality environment.
